Berichten zufolge hat der Iran seit 2021 Waffen im Wert von 4 Milliarden US-Dollar an Moskau verkauft

I wonder if this is a lot, relatively speaking. Of course if Iran were to collapse any cut off of weapons would be helpful but I wonder how much $4B over 5 years really amounts to.
