Good. Republican judiciary capture is a threat to democracy.

A losing strategy. The simple fact is: everything’s political. It is damn impossible to remove politics from even decisions by a judiciary. Especially in the case where you’re not an independent yourself, but belonging to the party actively breaking the law at all levels of government.
