    1. Well, even the Gipper’s crew is jumping ship now. Guess they couldn’t stomach the steady diet of Constitution Carnage.

Big deal. I’m really fed up with judges who are finding that Trump administration officials do all kinds of bad stuff, but never hold them accountable.

There have been countless examples of judges issuing rulings telling them not to ship some immigrant out of the country, and the Trump goons do it anyway, and nobody is ever held in contempt.

To put it mildly, These fascists have violated every part of the Constitution possible! They may even manage to violate the third amendment.

*Actively attacking* and *malicious sabotage* being called a failure of „protection“ is quite something.

Frankly someone old enough to be appointed when Reagan was in office is doing just as much damage to our country as Trump.

Failed to protect? The Trump Administration has actively destroyed the Constitution.

Okay but I don’t need a judge to tell me what is literally smacking me in the face every single day.

Well, I think the Supreme Court had a hand in failing to protect the constitution. Trump said all the things one who wouldn’t protect the constitution would say.

    9. Present progressive and past tense. A weird dual tense situation. In progress!

    10. Judge William G. Young, who was appointed in 1985, presided over a hearing related to how the court can respond to policies by President Donald Trump’s administration that Young previously said violated free speech on college campuses.

Young said he would issue an order aimed at preventing the administration from exacting „retribution“ against academics who challenged arrests, detentions and deportations of non-citizen, pro-Palestinian activists on U.S. college campuses.

„The big problem in this case is that the Cabinet secretaries, and ostensibly, the president of the United States, are not honoring the First Amendment,“ Young said, Reuters reported.

On the one hand it’s good that we have judges going against this, but shouldn’t we be worried that so many of them are quite old? This judge was appointed by Reagan, Reagan hasn’t been president for almost forty years now.

    12. You say “failed to protect” I say “s we out to destroy.”

      This wasn’t an accident.

      They didn’t “break laws.”

The broke the law, justice, democracy as they intended to

    13. He didn’t fail to protect it, he is rapping it like its a pre teen child.

    14. At this point, has anyone actually laid eyes on the actual Constitution?

Trump specifically targeted NARA in his first weeks back in office, blaming them for his criminal handling of classified documents, firing the then-current administrator (who wasn’t even in the position when the documents case came to light), & then fired or pushed out a shit-ton of archival staff. It’s also been alleged that a number of documents were improperly destroyed both under his first term (ICE documents of sexual abuse of their detainees) & then possibly under the second term, or improperly stored.

The Reichstag Fire was used to create justification for abolishing much of the Weimar Republic’s constitutional protections. It’s not inconceivable to see something similar pulled off by conservatives seeking to blame liberals & push for greater executive powers.

      Ya think?

He’s demolishing the constitution, and the GOP Congress is letting it happen.

America needs to vote out the fascist pedophile protectors.
