Removing the VAT tax exemption on consumer goods is going to be absolutely wild if it happens. Adding 20% tax on food, clothing, appliances and more is basically going to make all but the rich part of population 20% poorer overnight. IMF loands have never been kind to Ukraine, making them sign all kinds of unpopular laws, but this one could be the worst of them all so far.
