Doesn’t matter. No way 11 GOP senators vote against Trump. Or Nome for that matter, impeachment is pointless.

The problem is not to impeach, the problem it to get two thirds of the votes in the Senate to REMOVE him.

Unfortunately, there are way too many GOP orange gulpers lined up for their „please sir, may I have another?“ to create the resistance needed for this administration.

Impeach, remove, convict, lock up, and seize assets from selling our country to highest bidder. The Republican Party is complicit so this wont ever happen.

I see a lot of well deserved skepticism here, but let’s also note the change. The “Republicans for Impeachment” needle has started to move. This is new.
I’m old enough to remember the Nixon resignation. He stonewalled with Republican support in Congress for years as the investigations slowly progressed. Then suddenly the support ended. A delegation of Republican Senators sat Nixon down and told him he would not survive a removal vote. He cut a deal and resigned shortly after that.
One retiring Republican isn’t a stampede, but it is a sign. There must be many more in the herd waiting nervously for the real movement to begin.
I think Bacon is right; the Republicans are on board with fascism and willing to look the other way on the petulance, grift, and brutality, but they won’t abide a moron destroying national security.

Remember. If a Democrat president did 0.5% of the things Trump has done. They’d instantly impeach and remove him.

Why are we just signaling support? Why is he not removed, or just impeachment? We are so fucked and we are still playing by “ Hey, let’s have a vote on whether or not killing a box of puppies is ok.“ When im reality, this should be a no brainer to stop this evil.
