If you were curious like me…larger than Alaska by a good amount

      Alaska: 665,384 sq mi (1,723,337 km2)

      Greenland: 836,330 sq mi (2,166,086 km2)

    2. With a population less than 40,000 citizens. He’s probably doing this because he thinks it would be an easy win. But when bullies pick on someone way smaller, it just makes themselves look pathetic and weak.

    3. Note: 80% or more of our odd uninhabitable ice sheet, only post of the fringing coast can be used. You can’t even mine through the ice sheet.

I want to see a post ice-melt map of Greenland to make it as obvious as possible just how much of that actually ends up being lake/sea

    5. Greenland about the size of Mexico. A little bit bigger but I think it is a good comparison.

Honestly why does USA want this, it seems like a great place to bog down China and/or Russia if that unlikely scenario happens
