If you go back and do some reading you will find that time repeats itself. Read something as simple as „A man Without a Country“ by Kurt Vonnegut (super easy read) and you will find he shared a lot of the same sentiment and was able to perceive where the country was headed.
I believe this is why China is so relaxed. Theyve been around for so long and been through so much shit they look at America as a the baby of a country that we are. Theyve spent so much on infrastructure.
