You could also say Baylor for Texas, established in 1845.
Southwestern didn’t exist until 1873, it was four different college charters that had existed since 1840 that the Texas government rolled into one school, Southwestern University.

My Alma mater is still older than the USA, even if we are second in New Jersey.
You can’t even see Delaware’s or Maryland’s.
