    1. Submission statement: We’ve hit a point where war is at our doorstep with Iran. I don’t think the U.S. is playing this smart. Trying to convince the world that most Iranians want khameni out is just not the reality. Even upon his death, he will be the one to name a successor, not elections or the govt.

They are a nation built on religion. Bari Weiss got caught inflating the numbers and using dead soldiers in her stats. The number is closer to a few hundred to a few thousand at most. I’m telling you guys, if you search local cities in Iran on X, the posts are showing hundreds of thousands pro for the Iranian government. Iranians angry at their government don’t burn down their places of worship. If I had to guess, it’s the CIA and Mossad coordinating a colour revolution. They’ll coordinating killings and armed conflicts so they can point at the igrc and call them the bad guy and to blame. They’ve done it before all over the world.

All this disinfo from both the Iranian gov and the U.S. and Mossad is at the precipice of what’s coming next. I do believe they are going to manufacture a huge attack and blame Iran so it can drag us into war.

It’s literally gulf of Tonkin all over again. And like Vietnam, Irans allied with China and Russia.

You’re title just described the reason for every war for at least the last 100 years…

Having heard about what’s happening there 1st hand from people on the ground in the country, you are so very wrong on this. They, the people are burning everything down because they hate the regime and almost all the residents who are not part of the government’s people which is 98% of the population, reject the government and the regime and blame some of that of their extreme religious views so theyd rather burn all religiousbuilding in defiance. They are welcoming any change and its not a lie. If anything, there is a serious lack of media coverage. Hopefully the tyrants are gone soon and they get outside help from somewhere. Yes the US will likely emulate what happened in Venezuela with Iran and take oil and get blackroxk in to rebuild like with the Ukrainian, but when they can’t even afford to buy a small amount of meat on a months salary and have regular power cuts daily, even before all the uprising started, they would rather have US intervention than starve to death by their own leaders mismanagement of the country.

    4. You are lied by that guy not by the people pissed off medieval insane religion

Shouldn’t we have intervened in Gaza if we were concerned about civilian deaths???

It is not about oil. It is to destroy the strongest independent nation in the middle east still standing for Israel

    7. When I see who supports this revolution and the media propaganda pushing for the Shah, I just can’t help thinking this is total fuckery.

    8. Hmm, why would a population that is fed up with a theocratic government set fire to places of worship…? hmmmmmmmm

    9. >money and oil

None of the conflict in the Middle East is about oil. It’s about destabilization and balkanization. Read the Yinon plan.

    10. Looks like you know nothing about iran. Iranians in general are not very religious and the current dictator is using Islam to control the country.
The economy is in the toilet and people really want to get rid of the supreme leader.
Yes america wants iran’s oil but literally no muslim country in that region wants to support iran

    11. Holiday_Neat_2056 on

Its about fighting Israel’s enemies.  Money and oil have nothing to do with it.

The people of Iran did not chose to be Muslim, they are forced to be Muslim.

Its almost hilarious how the most unexpected people and groups are currently defending a Islamic authoritarian regime. A regime where women are surpressed and LGBTQ people have to hide themselved.

    14. Happy_Philosopher608 on

Maybe but i still support it regardless. We remember what Iran was like before the oppressive Islamists took over and turned it into a repressive hellhole. Seriously, it was a liberal paradise in the 60s etc compared to today.

It’s funny people cheering this on like it’s legit, the people are being propped up and supported by America to do the dirty work and then the USA will come in at the end and take control with installing their leader of choice.

It seems very inorganic, at least the coverage on the news.

    16. I live in an area with a massive Iranian population. I can only think of a couple of them who are actually religious. The vast majority are completely secular, and many others are Zoroastrian.

    17. Islam is totalitarian, refusing to see it will lead to you being submitted to it by force, because you wanna shut up everyone who wants to warn you.

Islam has destroyed entire civilizations and persians ain’t one because they’re fighting back!

    18. Im a massive hater of the current regime but even I can see how much Israel has its fingerprints over this. For sure there are mass protests but its been amplified by mossad actors inside iran. for gods sake even mike pompeo said ‚Happy new year to every iranian in the streets. Also to every Mossad agent beside them‘

I mean religion (and the US) is what put these extremely angry and righteously so people in the position they are in. It isn’t outside the realm of possibility this is really angered youth setting these fires and not inside actors.

    20. Nah as an iranian its about the deaths, our yearning for freedom.,. Fuck you for dismissing what my friends and family and countrymen are going through. On top of that you post these regime murderers propaganda thinking youre so smart and aware.

Yeah israel has agendas. The states have agendas. But for fucking once really wake the fuck up and realize we iranians have been living under oppression by this regime. Why else would they cut of the internet and cause full communication blackouts? I dont know if my best friend is alive or dead right now. Im seeing my people being shot in the streets while im in canada. I cant fucking sleep. I picked 3 courses this term and I cant even focus enough to finish a meal. But atleast I have a meal, water and electricity. Back home they dont. I dont know in the brief five minutes I managed to talk with my parents if they were lying to me that they are ok just to put my mind at ease. For us iranians its about alot more so fuck this regime.
