President Donald Trump appeared to flip off a person heard calling him a “pedophile protector” during his visit to Michigan on Tuesday.

Video obtained by TMZ shows the president at the Ford plant. He appears to point at the worker as he says, “f*** you,” then gives the person the middle finger as he walks away.

Wow. I feel like almost any other president would’ve even just taken the most neutral form of „ignoring“ someone saying something they (at least personally) believe to be untrue.

I say this full well knowing Trump is a criminal at depths we probably don’t even know, especially in relevance to Epstein, but framing it as it currently is, annoying as the indeterminate parts about it are, fine, let’s even just pretend for a moment Trump is actually innocent and the whole thing is just a disparaging pile of nonsense engineered to bother him. Ignoring it, or giving a disregarding friendly wave, or whatever, that would’ve looked a lot better. There’s never gonna be a politician that everyone likes, so people will throw accusations however they want, but if the receiver makes it look like a big ol‘ nothing, that can introduce doubt in their favor.

But responding with a middle finger, well, that’s the most honest Trump can be. He absolutely does not care about your accusations, because by and large he gets to commit these crimes and no one is going to actually stop him. Likely less a middle finger at the comment itself, but more a general „you’re never gonna get me for it anyway“ gesture.
