The fact people use the word „agitator“ to justify the shooting. This is a classic rhetorical move to dehumanize the victim. In a democracy, „agitation“ (protest, verbal dissent, or even being difficult) is a protected right, not a capital offense! Labeling a citizen an „agitator“ is the first step toward the Gestapo model, where the state decides who is a „citizen“ and who is an „enemy of the state“ based on their behavior rather than their actions!
