I’m pretty sure he did that in his first term, which is why he was impeached…twice.

He crossed the line in his first term and was rewarded by allowing him to run in a second term.

The attempted coup d’etat was a giant bound over the line and no one did anything about it.

Wake me when there are consequences.

    4. She’s right but that didn’t really work the first two times they played that hand

    5. This feels like it wouldn’t matter because nobody is going to do anything

That’s cute, the one designated Democract allowed to speak truth to power said again something, so problem solved.

When do we see a joint statement from all Democrat representatives demanding the same?

Then do something. File articles every damn day. Everyone they are ignored or voted down resubmit.

    8. I think I need to look up what Impeachment is again. Because he’s been impeached TWICE already, remained president, tried to overthrow the government, and was allowed to run again and is back in office.

What will impeaching him do again?

If we somehow get out of this mess, the system needs to be changed so that tyrants can be held accountable and actually reined in. The status quo proves the system exists to protect those who abuse power. The purpose of a system is to do whatever the system does, etc.

Yes, I know the naysaying about how this is impossible, but it is a necessary change, even if it takes decades.

    10. He crossed that line in 2017. Unless the Republicans suddenly decide that raping children is wrong, he will just keep on doing whatever he wants.

    11. Then do something!! All they do is talk and threaten but they don’t take any action.

    12. Have the Dems tried more strongly worded letters? I hear those can be pretty effective.

Fucking feckless little shits in office.

More empty words from controlled opposition. Nothing will happen.

In any sane country, she’d be correct, but we’re living in Crazy Town right now

He commits 8 impeachable offenses before breakfast. He’s been doing it the whole time. The best time to do something about him was years ago. The second best time is now.

You don’t say? I’m not going to hold my breath for Republicans to grow moral fortitude and try to save the American people or the country from him.

    17. I’m usually a big proponent of AOC but crossed? He’s goddamn wrapping around back to the line… across the entire globe.

    18. CrimsonHeretic on

He did that about a year ago when he started profiting off the presidency and issuing illegal EOs.

honestly – guy should never have been allowed on the ballot to begin with and should have been convicted and sentenced. so many structural failures. if the first administration was a stress test this is the full blown invasion.

    20. Oh, only just now? Welcome to the fucking party. Call me when you actually accomplish doing literally anything productive about it whatsoever, unlike the last 2 times.

    21. Crossed a line? Don’t worry, we’ll draw another one and he’ll walk right over it.

    22. Getting real tired of hearing about the fucking line. ***Do something***.

      > * His zealous bigotry wasn’t the line
      * Bragging about sexual assault wasn’t the line
      * Openly lusting after his own daughter wasn’t the line
      * *Being a fucking pedophile* wasn’t the line
      * A seven-digit death toll due to his flippant response to COVID wasn’t the line
      * *His entire first term* wasn’t the line
      * ***Raping and murdering children*** wasn’t the line
      * Once more for the people in the back: ***Raping and murdering children*** wasn’t the line

    23. Anyone remember the time you only need one impeachable offense to be impeached?
