We didn’t need social media in the past, it’s not needed now. Especially for easily-influenced kids.

I want to preface this comment by saying I’m very anti corporate, but I think Australia has made a mistake putting the yoke on Meta to enforce underage usage bans. They should have passed a law forbidding under 16s from using social media and making parents responsible for what their own children are doing. Fine a few parents and soon there will be a lot of parents actually doing their jobs.
