I know nothing of the Chinese rocket launch capabilities. Are they working on reusable boosters? It seems like that would be a requirement for that many satellites

can’t help but wonder if it’s red China’s intention to use these satellite to spread the yearly swine flu, yearly avian flu, and yearly covid virus into outer space in its attempts to force the world to its knees.
