The question is more what activities did he do that haven’t lately.

And just like that, constitutional republicans became anti constitutionalists.

For those who also thought “you’re going to have to be more specific”…

It’s about the energy grants to blue states that Trump cancelled while leaving red state ones intact.

      > A federal judge ruled on Monday that the Trump administration’s cancellation of approximately $8 billion in energy grants violated the Constitution by targeting recipients primarily based in Democratic-leaning states.

It’s taking a while but the rest of the system is having an immune response to authoritarianism. We see it in rulings like this, in even GOP senators calling out the Fed investigation as bullshit, and the mass protests against ICE.

Russell Vought is a political terrorist. Dude should not be anywhere near the federal government.

    5. The fact that Republican lawmakers are fine with this and refuse to address it makes them equally traitorous to their own country.

Also, the Executive branch does not control spending and cannot cancel funding already allocated by Congress.

How are we still on ’square one‘ after a solid year of this?

For like the millionth time but the GOP is complicit in the crimes.

    8. Laws don’t exist if they are not enforced. It’s not enough to say the laws have been broken. You actually have to arrest the law breakers. We are not a serious country.

    9. None of this matters when a compromised, well paid SCOTUS has given him immunity.

    10. And what are they going to do about it? All those people who go ape shit about any form of gun control and cite their constitutional right to have guns. Where are they when other parts of the constutution are violated?

    11. With a title like that, you’re going to need to be more specific. He’s violated it so many times; which is this talking about?

In a sane country a president violating the constitution would be grounds for removal, with all parties backing said removal.

      In a sane country.

A completely fair ruling that will be overturned by the Supreme Court 6/3, because the Supreme Court believes the King should be able to punish Blue States at will.

He has violated the constitution many times. Trump is a threat to the United States.

      Yes and?

      It’s like a broken record.

He wipes his ass with our laws every day and suffers no consequences.

      This isn’t news.

    16. He is the anti-constitution. Just like the anti-christ, he is antithetical to all things democratic, sovereign, and collective. The founders wrote ‚WE the people‘ and he is about ‚ME the ruler‘
