Well that sounds like a lot.
It was bound to happen sooner or later. The satellite network is nothing more than a military weapon with civilian applications.
That does definitely sound like china.
We should maybe stop putting a crap ton of satellites until we figure out how to get em down

200,000 sounds like far too many…
“Applies” is not the right word here. They simply notified UN of their plans, but it does not require asking permission
