      Maybe just have a blinking light when recording. Like how they tried to implement a „click“ noise for when you take a photo with your phone? But that never actually stuck

      These glasses really are an awful idea.

      I can see a very few cases where they would be useful, the rest is just pure creepiness.

      Why the hell would he be given jail time. They had already discussed filming it, he didn’t share it with anyone but her. If anything, this woman overreacted by reporting him to the police. What happened to talking with people. Just say delete the video and don’t share it with anyone. If he refuses, then report him to the police. Damn nanny state UK.

      I can see the use for these glasses eventually and use cases expand and they will become more useful. Laws around use cases need to be made so prosecutions can be done.

      There are probably 10,000x more hidden camera listings on Amazon than smart glasses listings. The camera itself isn’t illegal, even if it looks like an electric socket (unfortunately), it’s using it. So I don’t understand the smart glasses hate but they should definitely throw the book at people caught

      I’m seriously considering refusing anything more than perfunctory conversation with anyone I know to be wearing smart glasses
