    1. Isolation also is harmful to people. Fear mentality and weight gain also contribute as well.

Even the people who didn’t get shots show less empathy and concern for humanity. Being shouted at, had neighbors call tip lines about hosting, children denied healthcare, a season of death wished upon you… makes everyone less concerned with NOT being an asshole. On the road, in the HOA, certainly ANY customer service, everywhere.

    3. being a giant, raving, unapologetic narcissist is super cool these days. wonder why?

It was already starting to happen before COVID. Human culture isn’t built for the Internet. We had this exact same thing happen when the first generations got TV. And really back with the printing press. Every time humans get more information, society goes crazy.

      🥱🥱🥱

At least the Lost Generation gave us art for posterity and thank god for that. We technologically superior apes will have 100 billion online iterations of „People aren’t the same anymore“ vague, empty statements & discussions like this one. Or shitty robot narrated videos with shitty AI art explaining how shitty everything is. 10000 monkeys with typewriters wouldn’t be this chaotic.

Thank the „people“ you keep talking about: people who live off Hot Pockets and barely passed high school are now the loudest experts in medicine, virology, immunology, materials science, etc.

Covid-19 causes all sorts of horrible shit in the body, including brain damage, and we’ve been letting it run unchecked since 2020.

I think it’s from isolation and too much social media starting during COVID

    8. CitizenLohaRune on

Nope. It started in 2015. People were extremely divided and rude and lacked empathy from the moment he started with the endless rhetoric.

Its not the covid shots dude.

    9. DisastroImminente on

We show less empathy because the political climate has heated up to intense levels. We are being divided by the rich so they can suck up all the resources.

    10. Alternatively, since the covid virus was manufactured in a lab it could have been released by the „elites“ with the hope it would kill off the dead weight and weaklings and make the rest of us dumber. The vaccines were just another tool to do the same in case someone didn’t catch the virus.

I mean we have a lot of circumstances and evidence that covid was a designed virus so I think it’s not just the vaccine, it’s all of it.

I can notice the change in me I’m angrier and I feel like I woke up in a circus and people are different today.

    12. I have very fond memories of 2019. One of the best years in my life. After getting laid off in March 2020 my memory is a blur

Living in a society where morals and laws do not apply to a specific group of people, while they soak up all the resources and look at the common people as either parasites, a cash cow, or a cost of doing business will lead to empathy exhaustion and jaded personalities.

    14. Plastic is embedded in our body’s system, from brain to balls. I’ve fancied there are multiple levels of depopulation methods from different methods and countries.

    15. note that there was an undermortality in 2020 but surplus mortality ever since 2021

Please, we all just got a dose of reality. Humanity been through harder times than this snowflake…

I agree with your hypothesis. Thank you for sharing it here. Reading the hollow responses of the contrarians here provides further data that supports the hypothesis. Thanks again, keep the faith and God Bless!

It’s ridiculous how much everything has changed, and how everyone, including myself, is so self-centred.

      Zero shots btw

Wait I think people changes after September 11, then it was 2012, so now it’s Covid shots? Ok got ya.

    20. they changed the frequency to 5G wait and see when they change the frequency to 6G and 7G, people will become animals

Social media brings the hate – it’s 80% negativity out there in the screen world

    22. I don’t think it’s one factor but more of a combination of a lot of them: less paying jobs, bombarded with news everywhere you go, no connection with the real world, lack of exercise and declining health, hooked on cheap dopamine, etc. Now don’t get me wrong – all these things were present 20 years ago but I think the rate at which we are going now is just much higher and faster.

    23. We’ve been cooked even before Covid. It’s just been a slow decline starting around the late 2000’s. Accelerated big time when smart phones were introduced.

    24. I just feel that people don’t care about each other anymore, except for some rare exceptions. Even I’m struggling to care either because I don’t feel it in return. It’s a vicious cycle

2020 taught me that the majority of people, and 95% of this website, are incapable of critical thinking and would rather me be dead than express my opinion.

Why the fuck would I have empathy for those people?

My wife and I had this conversation yesterday. It’s very noticeable how people are just “out of it” anymore too. They look through you in conversations and the simple ten minute drive has turned dangerous. I was nearly in two car accidents yesterday and had it not been for me seeing and predicting what the other driver was going to do, would have been. It’s worrying
