What boggles my mind is anyone seeing the argument of passengers vs airlines and taking the side of airlines.

It gives you the seat pitch, width, and amount of recline. Other details it gives you are proximity to lavs and galleys, exit rows, and rows with missing windows.
Well, seeing that means thatbI am a former Westjet customer. I refuse to pay for such little space.
What happens if/when you book a flight, and when you go to take your seat, fitting into it is a physical impossibility? Is the airline obligated to accommodate you, or would they just deplane you and leave you to your own devices to secure a refund and/or re-book with another airline?
Another reason to avoid Canadian based airlines.
