      ICE added a bunch of untrained idiots and bigots to their ranks in the Trump administration. ICE is an attempt to recreate the Gestapo.

      Philadelphia Sheriff Rochelle Bilal blasted U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Thursday as “fake, made-up law enforcement” and vowed to arrest any agents who commit crimes in the city.

      Bilal, speaking alongside District Attorney Larry Krasner, said ICE’s actions violate “legal law” and “moral law” and warned, “You don’t want this smoke.” Krasner echoed the warning, pledging that law enforcement officials who break the law in Philadelphia will face charges.

      Their remarks came after an ICE officer fatally shot a driver in Minneapolis, an incident President Donald Trump and administration officials have said was self-defense but has sparked outrage.

      ICE is not law enforcement in any way. They’re the American Gestapo. Heartless, mask-wearing psychos. They need to be reined in or abolished.

      The sheriff is not wrong. There’s a reason why most of the public now refers to them as Meal Team Six.

      ICE agents are typically masked, with no visible badges identifying themselves. They do have equipment labelling themselves as Police and they declair themselves to be ICE or federal agents.

      But, anyone can do that.

      So, when someone is declaring themselves to be police but is refusing to provide identification or paperwork, what is a citizens duty to cooperate?

      My understanding is that, as soon as the would-be police attempt to violate your rights or act against proper procedure, you can take steps to defend yourself or evade them.

      It’s only a matter of time at this point before someone does respond to ICE overreach with lethal violence in self-defense…and when that does happen, depending on circumstances, they may be acquitted of any crime.

      They are not Police. Why is that not being said . Do they have jurisdiction over anything else? They should be moving on court orders only correct? Why are they just roaming? Shouldnt it all be directed by a court order?

      Philadelphian checking in here to say this lady is not your hero, she has no authority to back up anything she’s talking about here, and is one of the most corrupt politicians I can think of in this city (and that’s really saying something.)

      The sheriffs office in Philadelphia doesn’t do anything close to law enforcement.

      She is obviously 100% right but so are stopped clocks 2x a day.

      These 47 day Temu cops should be absolutely offensive to real law enforcement. Having to work with these lowest common denominator fucks and listen to them call themselves „federal agents“ has got to be annoying.

      Yes, Billy Bob who barely got through high-school in his xxxl body armor is a federal agent. Give me a fucking break.

      ICE is a relatively recent creation. It’s only been around since 2003. Shrek is older than ICE.
