I’m sure his maker will give him „Absolute Immunity“
In all honesty, his actions as a Catholic are so contrary to the Church’s teachings he could be denied Communion and perhaps egregious enough to be considered for excommunication (the bar is very high for this, as reprehensible as his actions are they may still fall below this standard).
