When the hell are we going to say enough is enough my fellow citizens? What is it going to take for us to actually hit the streets and force regime change.

We are, RIGHT NOW, living in a fascist state. If you are a public figure it is on YOU to help mobilize the people. There are millions of us ready!!!!!

    2. So just don’t answer the door?  And if those fuckers try and bust down doors without warrants citizens have every right to protect themselves.

    3. >*Vance continued, “I think we’re going to see those [deportation] numbers ramp up as we get more and more people online and **working for ICE, going door to door** and making sure that if you’re an illegal alien, you’ve got to get out of this country, and if you want to come back, apply through the proper channels.”*

Oh, great, now they will be shooting people inside their homes instead of out on the street where they can be observed.

    4. Remember, our bill of rights grants us „inalienable rights“ they’re pretty important. Keep using them. Do no acquiesce in advance.

      This:

      >the vast majority of those detained by ICE have had no criminal records. Many have been legal residents, green card holders, and asylum seekers following the legal process.

      Should immediately follow this:

      >Vance continued, “I think we’re going to see those [deportation] numbers ramp up as we get more and more people online and working for ICE, going door to door and making sure that if you’re an illegal alien, you’ve got to get out of this country, and **if you want to come back, apply through the proper channels.**”

FOURTH AMENDMENT. We actually have a constitution to protect citizens. Where are the checks and balances of this country?

    8. Putrid-Product4121 on

The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms, stating: „A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed“

„Starting to?“ Did you miss the reprise of the Beer Hall Putsch back in 2021?

They are trying really hard to incite violent resistance. They want people to start shooting at ICE agents so they can declare martial law before the elections.

    11. BabyHercules on

They are trying to get someone to full on shoot at ICE to justify escalation. Nothing would make them happier than for an agent to be shot dead right about now, they are pushing for it. And sadly, I can see it happening. ICE is going to run up on the wrong person one of these days like taking someone grandma or something and boom, tent pole moment

That’s because this is all an exercise to foment civil disorder, which will give Donald Trump an excuse to attempt to stay in power past the expiration of his term (assuming he lives that long, or for it to be carried forward by Vance or whomever else Peter Thiel and the Mercer family demand).

    13. Why is Vance taking questions from the press instead of Trump? Can he not be propped up and juiced for the camera today?

Is this Vance trying to look presidential?

I’m listening to him now on MS NOW and he’s just evil, doubling down on rhetoric, attacking reporters, almost Trump like.

Welcome to 1938 Poland, everyone. This will only get worse. These people are emboldened to do much, much worse and we’ve seen that’s exactly what they’ll do.

Oh look, exactly what people paying attention have been telling about for fucking ever. And as before, far too few will listen. America has become a nation of bigots, cowards, and hate. Or maybe always has been, only now it has been weaponized formally. If you still have the resources, leave. Take your family. It’s not safe enough in America. We have been in a dark place as a nation for a while, and it’s just getting bleaker.

    16. > „…the Washington Post reported that the agency had earmarked $100 million toward online recruitment advertisements, meant to draw in “people who have attended UFC fights, listened to patriotic podcasts, or shown an interest in guns and tactical gear.”

I’m sure this targeted advertising strategy will reach the best people for doing this type of work in a calm, professional and unbiased manner.

If only we had an amendment to our constitution allowing us to have the tools to stand up to a tyrannical government. It seems like it’d be a pretty important one. Maybe even second in levels of importance.

I don’t understand this door to door thing, what exactly are they looking for? Just anyone who looks Hispanic? Because I know they’re grabbing even US citizens who have every right to be here.

    20. More stuff I heard growing up that the Democrats would do to us. To then be ok with any of this is insanity.

As a German I would recommend you skip the whole ‚soul shattering genocidal war of conquest‘ and jump straight to the ‚Nuremberg trial‘ ‚rejoining the community of civilized nations ‘ part.

Just get rid of your fascists and look how you rebuild you society to be just and compassionate.

If you need help, we will always be there for you
