You don’t even need the video. The fact that the shots went through the drivers side window is proof enough he was on the side.
Even if he was, he could have jumped out of the way, and even if he didn’t make it he would have probably been fine.
He bends in toward the vehicle to get a better shot.

Its clear he shot her through the side window when he wasnt in danger. She refused his orders so he acted on impulsive rage by murdering her in cold blood rather than subduing the vehicle by shooting the tires instead or by just letting her drive off like a rational person would do. But imo we don’t need to. Isn’t the claim that she was blocking traffic or something? Beginning of one of the videos I saw shows the van in the road, and a car going around it just fine. Then the police/ice/whatever truck shows up and blocks the WHOLE road. Solution is already worse than the problem. No one is going around the ice truck parked right in the middle. Their mere arrival has already made it worse.
Everything after looked very aggressive. Whose initial response would really be to try to open the car door and rip out the driver? I feel like under different circumstances, the cult crowd would probably have been cheering for the driver defending themselves against a weirdo trying to assault them in their own vehicle tbh.

A second terrorist rapidly approached the vehicle, grabbed the handle, and reached into the vehicle to grab the steering wheel
Their goal was to give the American an impossible choice – be abducted and disappeared, or scare them into driving forward towards the first terrorist to justify a „self defense“ murder.

He was also six feet away and looking directly at her. He had to have seen her turning the wheel as fast as possible to the right. He was aiming at her head, so he had to see her face too. All her actions indicated a desire to get away, so It’s not hard to imagine that she was completely losing it from fright. The car had no speed and it’s trajectory was away from his body. He was objectively not in danger. He fired anyway. It was murder.
And not to be too blunt about it, but these are people enforcing civil laws – paperwork violations. Why are they masked up? Why are they carrying guns? Why are they so quick to draw them? This has nothing to do with immigration or customs enforcement, and everything to do with state-sponsored domestic terrorism.
ICE purposefully standing in front of cars, despite it being contra to their own training material, has been their MO the past few months. Its to force interactions just like this. They’re baiting people to step on the gas so they can do exactly this.
to me, its always been perfectly clear that he was out of the path of the car before he fired the first shot. I felt like i was going insane yesterday that people were even debating it. No shit. Even supposing she was driving at the guy (which she wasnt) any normal humans reaction would have been to dive for safety. This dude 100% just wanted to shoot someone because he could.
She was parked, backed up a couple of feet to get room to turn and was attempting to drive away from them. He wasn’t in front of the car, wasn’t in any danger. He simply decided he was going to shoot.

This is why they’re pushing to make filming ICE illegal. People have video evidence that DIRECTLY contradicts the lie that she was charging right at the officer. Without video evidence, all we’d have to go off of is their word, and they’d be able to say whatever they want.
