Already have 2 apartments myself. One in D4, one in D8 but still applied, fingers crossed 🤞
A 1 in 10 chance of getting one, probably actually higher as many applicants will be rejected for one reason or another.
Ive walked around there a few times, they do look really nice.

Due to the housing shortage, there would have been strong demand for the apartments anyways, but considering that these are substantially below market price, it’s no surprise that so many people applied for them.

Its a harsh system, 70% of the apartments are first come first served so if you haven’t got your application in within 5 mins of it opening then you have little chance of getting one.
Shit game of musical chairs. Might as well buy a ticket for the omaze house lottery.
