Here in Nova Scotia, students with adaptations/disabilities have fallen out of the learning centre supports, and in worse cases not allowed to be in school, because government made EPAs redundant, and it led to those students no longer having staff available to work with them. It’s clearly from lack of funding, and it allows children who need supports to fall through the cracks. 

      Unfortunately, it seems not to just be isolated to Nova Scotia, but in Quebec as well.
