Possible he heard the drone and just ended it? Like to point a long rifle at your head and somehow hit the trigger on accident is like impossible

Looks like 3 shots and maybe they thought it was empty or jammed. Fucking with it and it misfired or extra round.
Lots of gas on that last shot. Catastrophic malfunction, like a squib or a very severe out of battery detonation, maybe?
