Poilievre’s support? What about Carney. Did he oppose the US’s illegal action? When?

    2. You do know that his wife is a Venezuelan refugee who fled the dictatorship to avoid torture, right?

It would be very, very strange if he didn’t support it.

      Edit: spelling

Correct me if I’m wrong but Pierre only mentioned that it’s good that the dictator is in prison and said nothing relating to the legality of the strike?

    4. I’ve read the reporting from the grayzone which claimed the accusations that Maduro was the head of some Narco terrorist organization are completely fabricated.

Come to find out the indictment unsealed on January 3rd as U.S forces attacked and abducted Maduro and his wife,[prosecutors abandoned the language that described the Cartel de los Soles as a structured criminal organisation.](https://www.trtworld.com/article/1fdaf2b367b5/amp?amp_gsa=1&amp_js_v=a9&usqp=mq331AQIUAKwASCAAgM%3D#amp_ct=1767740270365&amp_tf=From%20%251%24s&aoh=17677402628604&referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com&ampshare=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.trtworld.com%2Farticle%2F1fdaf2b367b5)

I don’t mean to sound harsh but I find it hard to believe PP doesn’t also have access to this information through the briefings he receives … So why would he make such an absurd statement is beyond strange.

they’ve got to dump this guy asap, they’ll never win and frankly the country would be better off with 2 choices for leader (2 who could actually do the job). From the article:

*“For Canadians, the most unsettling aspect of this alignment is what it reveals about Poilievre’s own political instincts. His rush to join the Trumpian chorus is a departure from the traditional ‘principled conservatism’ of past Canadian leaders who, while often hawkish, remained steadfastly committed to the multilateral institutions that protect middle powers.“*
