Clickbait headline. They state pricing is updated for Capacity Blocks for ML quarterly based on supply and demand on the very page where they post current pricing.

The pricing page says “The reservation fee is charged up front at the time you schedule the reservation. Reservation prices are updated regularly based on trends in supply and demand for EC2 Capacity Blocks. The current prices are scheduled to be updated in April, 2026. Your Capacity Block is charged at the prevailing rate at the time of purchase, even if the Capacity Block is scheduled to start after the price is updated.”
