Well they shouldn’t have gone there. It is an occupied land by UAE
So they’re just stuck there for a few extra days and then fly back through Jeddah on January 7th? It doesn’t sound like they’re stranded. If the article is right, then they just have to fly out via Saudi instead of the UAE.
Most of the article was about the Saudi-UAE tensions in Yemen and how they played out in Socotro. Very little about the tourists.
Why people go to such a risky place in the first place? Their are so many good safe and stable places still out there. Guys please stay away from risks if you don’t like it. That said, best wishes for their safe exit from war torn areas of Earth.
