I am no expert but the capes seem not very effective. Seems more like a cope comforter.

They put a lot of faith in crappy cloaks, they must be told they actually make them invisible !

At t = 36…. Is it just my imagination or does that guy actually have an old-school double barreled shotgun??
When your military hands you a rifle and an “invisibility cloak” before sending you out to the battlefield, you should recognize immediately you are 100% fuct.
