Lots of people get abused and neglected by their parents, not a free pass to be an asshole to others. Most people don’t even have cellars to be locked in.

I think he’s waking up to the fact that people hate him.

Man I loved him as a kid watching his movies with Goldie Hawn. Sad he’s a douche bag, but Overboard and Seems Like Old Times …him and Goldie are just so good. Her face when he opens the door at the end of “…Old Times” 😭

That’s a shame.

My mother poisoned my food to knock me out and get me out of her hair so she could use drugs. In my youth, she murdered two of my dogs (years apart) whenever she found out I was seeing a girl. In high school when I was leaving to meet a new girl, she euthanized my grandfather in my living room with a massive overdose of IV morphine. She worked for years in an elderly care facility, it is clear now why I’d get given socks with old people’s names sewn on the bottom and why she had a literal pirates chest full of stolen narcotics with deceased old people’s names on the bottles. She was an angel of death. My sister and I have been stalked by private investigators our whole lives, hired by our insane mother.

You know what didn’t happen? I didn’t pass all that shit onto other people, I didn’t take it as a reason to habitually talk down to people, berate people and physically intimidate people, including children.

So again, that’s a shame. I don’t feel bad for him, though.
