This is a good thing and I remind everyone that flair regularly offers low plane tickets for $56 one way. I know we like to joke that „Canadians can’t travel“ but you absolutely can if you can just bare the flight part of it!
I mean Jan 12 – Jan 18 YYZ to YVR is $171 with flair.. so…
It’s less inconvenient to plan to go to a different location than to cancel something already planned.
Too expensive to travel in Canada. Way better value abroad or down south in most cases.
I did a bunch of Canadian travel in 2025, and it was great, but the reality is that prices here are just insane compared to what you get anywhere else. I travel a lot, and trips to Europe and Asia cost the same as travelling within Canada, which is just nuts.
