      I’m worried about Venezualians because despite Maduro deserving to be incarcerated the U.S government has zero concerns in really helping people: It’s just about lying about this (they don’t care for people, drugs, whatever they are venezuelians or US citizen btw) while stealing national ressources of this small country for businesses. Gangs, cartels and violence will still continue and if it’s diminished the drawback will be a reckless dictature working for the U.S government and the one(s) after. There is absolutely nothing for the people.

      Depending on what we will see in the middle run, this kind of move may just accelerate global Nuclear Proliferation.

      So hold on… Maduro’s leadership aside…

      The US Armed Forces have launched illegal strikes inside the borders of another sovereign state, have **kidnapped its head of state and his wife**, effectively instigating a coup, extradited them to the United States with no due process and are intent on trying them in US courts, under US law, for crimes that the Department of Justice seem to have just decided they committed, and if they *were* commited they were not on US soil or under the jurisdiction of US law enforcement.

      How does any of this make any fucking sense, in anyone’s mind, and why aren’t the House and Senate kicking the fucking door in at the oval office demanding answers.

      This is fucking outrageous.

      Equally evil is his imperialist warmongering under the false cover of fighting drug trafficking, using the fabricated term „narco-terrorism.“ Trump does not care one whit about cocaine or other drug trafficking from Latin America — else he would not have pardoned Honduras former President, who reportedly was involved in the trafficking of more than 400 tons (about 363 metric tonnes) of cocaine into the US.

      I’m of mixed feelings about this subject. I hate the attempted war on the country and know getting rid of the dictator doesn’t mean their regime falls. However, it’s not like he was legally the President of the country and it’s my deepest hope this actually prevents an actual conflict.

      I also think under no circumstances was Trump the planner of this.

      Trump isn’t the first modern president to use the military to remove someone from foreign leadership, it also will affect absolutely nothing in the day to day life for anyone in the US nor will anything different go on aside from a bunch of sound bites for a few weeks. Some platitudes from both US political parties and then some „strong words“ from some countries and fancy speeches at the UN and then it’ll all quietly go away.
