I doubt any weapon stockpiles even went to Venezuela. Maybe on paper, and the money surely went to someones pocket.
Why werent those weapons used, surely they knew the armada of ships was not just for show.

but the real question is what weapons do they think russia sent?
as far as i remember russia only sent one il-76 to venezuela and even that one made a stop in cuba too … so most likely not even one planeload of support.
that’s less than peanuts.
