      AH-1’s are in the Marines.

      The 160th isn’t using Marine AH-1’s in its operations.

      It’s a little bird, or direct action penetrator.

      With that being said, how did 160th helicopters fly all the way to Venezuela 🤣🤣🤣

      Of course they had to come from somewhere closer, the specifics will be interesting to see later

      This is crazy footage. I’m reminded of watching the invasion of Ukraine in real time. The big difference being how many Russian helicopters were getting shot down right off the bat.

      If confirmed to be a viper then that’s USMC, right? I would understand a SOF operation for HVTs, but if the USMC gets involved then that points to a much larger scale operation.

      I can make it down but it doesn’t sound like an AH-1Z. It’s probably a mix of AH-64, AH-6, and UH-60 DAP from the 160th.

      Could someone explain to me the lack of AA? I can understand how missile sites will be taken out first by air assets, but I have hardly seen any tracer fire in the direction of the helos on the videos I have witnessed so far. You’d expect the Venezuelans to light up the sky with everything from AK’s to Bofors.
