      Seems to be just Caracas/la guaira, I am not in either of these states and hear no bombs. Currently talking to friends, some of them have lost power, and it seems to be mostly military sites that are getting bombed so far.

      There’s also unconfirmed videos of helicopter formations flying through Caracas, and explosions being reported in other cities. There might very well be troops on the ground

      Edit: Reuters have confirmed that ground and air force assets are active in and around Caracas. There are U.S boots on the ground inside Venezuela right now

      Edit 3: The above is fake as per a Reuters reporter. Apologies. That being said, the Chinooks seen in the videos coming out are going to be being used to carry troops, so it’s not a stretch to say there are American boots on the ground right now.

      Trump Bombs Venezuela in the hope that the resulting Chaos will oust Maduro so that he US can sweep in and Suck out all that Sweet Sweet oil.

      He Most likely won‘t invade, since the forces present are nowhere near enough to do so.

      Instead he will pursuit the Libya model and stick to air attacks. Although i suspect he won‘t conduct a very Long campaign

      Holy Shit Chinooks and Ospreys are landing ground troops in Caracas. This isn’t just air strikes it’s a full blown decapitation and overthrow of the Venezuelan government.

      It’s great you can tell how pro-USA a news source is by how carefully they describe the bombing that is being carried out and try to avoid indicating there is an indescriminate act of war going on here.

      Unilateral unsanctioned military action against a sovereign state puts trump in the same camp as Putin. From Australia, what a fucking dictator. There should be nothing other than comprehension condemnation at the United Nations and globally. I was a 4 year old when the coalition of the willing entered Iraq and Afghanistan. We can not allow Putin and trump to drag the world into chaos. President Xi is standing by watching and will take Taiwan on the back of this. People need to stand up in these nations and let the arms of government know it will not fly. Fucking upset and disgusted.
