My understanding is that the all seeing eye represents the Father. Makes much more sense than an old bearded man in the sky, Christians don’t believe in Zeus or Oden

It was originally a Christian symbol, highjacked by Freemasonry and other gnostic groups. It represents God’s omniscience and presence with us. Look up “Orthodox All seeing eye icon” or something along those lines. They’re in many orthodox churches as well

    3. I think it represents the third eye which Illuminati uses but how is it bad ?

Wouldn’t Jesus on the cross above the eye of providence be blasphemy instead of the other way around? Just saying, I think you’ve got symbology reversed. Honestly the crucifixion is pretty negative and a little creepy, somebody help Christ off that cross.

Maybe it represents the „third eye“ (pineal gland) that needs to be awakened and opened through meditation.

The all seeing eye represents source. That which is omnipotent, omnipresent and all pervasive.

Like many other symbols like swastika which represents the sun, or the merkaba which represents the light body, has been hijacked and distorted

They’re saying that they’re above Jesus, don’t go to that church! There are things going on behind the scenes.

Religon is considered true by the fools, false by the wise, and useful by the rulers.

This symbol was used by christians/Catholics a few centuries ago in Europe. It was about God’s consciousness in every human’s mind and heart. Today, it’s more used by Freemasons and other Schools of knowledge like them. Some freemasons today are Catholics as well and they love to mix symbols they like. The cross is a cube so it goes well with the triangle/pyramid. Here the eye is God. The Father and The Son.

Only Evangelists would be offended by this.

    10. That , checkerboard floors or ‚roman pillars‘ are all sort of uncomfortable symbology to be in a church (imo)

This is hilarious not One Person that commented knows what this stands for…

The Eye symbolizes Enlightenment because through the Eye we receive the Light and can therefore see. It also represents the All-Seeing Aspect of the True God against he who thinks that God wouldn’t see certain Thoughts.

This is just a typical Catholic Symbol, probably has its origin from the right Eye of Rah, which represents the Sun/Son of God.
