Now i aint no smart man but i know when something similar has happened before. What happened the last time the pentagon reported missing trillions again?
Some of this is back ops shit. Can’t get in trouble for war crimes if you’re not officially buying / funding. No receipts = no paper trail.
But, this is excessive. Looks like a lot of people are just lining their pockets. Or, it’s funding something massive, which I think taxpayers should be informed about
