      One of the worst ideas causing problems today through all kinds of relations is a focus on transactionality – „quid pro quo“.

      Worse is that isn’t even what Trump and friends do. Like many things – like debates around „AI“, and the toxic uncivil hyper-individual culture throughout the Western world – the recognition of them is more than a little bit late.

      What Trump and friends do isn’t even transactional – which, to reiterate, is bad enough – but really based on nothing. It gives zero fucks what any one thinks or does. It might lie and say „if you do this for me, I’ll do this for you“ but that’s only a means to selfish ends.

      So it isn’t even „running govt like a business“ that is a problem here. Though that is a problem too. It is worse, it is running govt like a Trump owned business. Which if you know anything about his history, that is best summed up by the word „fraud“

      Hence why things have been getting steadily worse for the last decade.

      I just hope people remember their evils long after. They’re saving their own skins, nothing else. MTG just got the first ball rolling, and she hasn’t been criticized into the earth…now, the others are going to use the same tactics to act like they weren’t as evil or guilty for propping Trump up.
