Trump/Krasnov is totally oblivious to this intel from the CIA, otherwise he would have ended this support.
I can’t imagine Ukraine didn’t already know how and where to hit refineries. It’s not rocket science, which Ukrainians are also excellent at.
The cia withholds patents or parts of it that concerns national security. Cia shared a wealth of knowledge to ukraine early on like blueprints to be able to wage war in turn sharing secrets of russia. As we have learned, ukraine is capable and competent. They dont need to rely on receiving weapons if they know how to make them and to know where to hit where it hurts. Everybody is playing trump but behind the scenes the foundation for Ukraine to wage war was laid down early on.

There are still a few in the American forces and services that have not lost their moral bearing. I have a relative that was an instructor to Ukrainian forces, he taught them how to set up effective kill zones. And boy, the words he uses to describe his current government are not sugarcoated.
