    1. Trump was more worried that a successful „hit“ on Putin would wreck his, Trump’s, plans to personally profit bigly from the war.

Awfully convenient that there was an „attack“ on Putin right as he was about to speak to Trump.

Seriously. Putin is cornered that’s why sabotages any peace attempt by demanding everything. A ceasefire and peace with Ukraine would mean economic Desaster for Russia that only can be fixed by exploiting the country like an African nation to outside investors like the west and China.
Putin is so weak and if anyone thinks that Trump is just inexperienced or that’s what America first means is plain stupid. I have never seen an American president so weak and even worse: supporting openly an weak dictator who is cornered. Trump must be blackmailed by Putin who knows about trumps sins. It doesn’t make sense otherwise. Take good note, if Trump Starts to bend in front of Xi then Putin shared the intel. OR: Putin will share with China if Trump betrays him. America is compromised.

I can see how Putin would lie about russias peaceful intents with ukraine and europe, or about russias true state of economy and law, or about factual history, or plotting the assasination attempts on Zelensky, or about any other topic – but lying about a drone strike about HIS home? Inconceivable!

Trump and everyone around him know this is bullshit. They’re reciting the Kremlin line because just as it gives Putin a convenient excuse to stop playing along with the peace talks, it gives Trump a get-out from having to explain why he is still trying to blame Ukraine for Russia making him look like a clown yet again.

You’d need to be a well known orange boldfaced liar to like him.

    7. If it had been Ukraine, we would be seeing a lovely pile of rubble, Ukraine is very accurate and has had a lot of success with its falling debris and careless smokers.
If Ukraine is going to be blamed for it, maybe they should take out all 17 palaces.

    8. It’s actually terrifying that „don’t immediately believe the dictator“ is advice that needs to be given to a presidential candidate.

    9. Wait til someone tells Trump about the four year long full invasion of Ukraine!
