I really can’t imagine something much worse than this.
The loss of your wife and young kids, as well as your home and possessions, the day after Christmas, in a tragedy that itself would be traumatising. It’s hard to fathom what that man is going through. I hope that he gets all the support possible.
I always find it strange that they are able to say it is or it isn’t thought to be suspicious so early in an investigation into a fire.
I don’t want to take anything away from this story because it is just truly heartbreaking.
But please make sure you have, and regularly test, suitable fire/heat detectors throughout your homes.
