He bought a federal pardon not a state pardon. He’s already served 3 months of his term so get your ass back in jail and finish your sentencing. No one is above the law.

This article isn’t really a case about the state vs federal nature of the pardon. To my knowledge, Trump isn’t demanding that the federal pardon void the state charges.
It’s just an article about how the guy doesn’t think he should report to prison because they won’t follow his dietary restrictions, or something, with an ancillary question about whether time spent in federal custody should count toward his state time.
