Someone told Trump about the Monroe Doctrine so now Trump’s “America First” means if your country resides in North or South America you have to buy from the US before you can purchase goods from your own country. FTG
Does the possibility of buying the Gripen give us any leverage in the negotiations? It seems to me that this is an argument for delaying any decision to purchase the F35 rather than capitulating in advance.
