Unser Heizkessel zeigt derzeit CE an und funktioniert nicht. Es ist zweimal passiert und wurde durch einfaches Zurücksetzen behoben. aber jetzt ließ es sich nicht zurücksetzen und blieb bei CE hängen. Die kleine runde Meternadel steht auf 0.

on the outermost left or right circle in your second picture u can see a black handle.
You have to unscrew the cap connect a hose lift the handle and pressurerise the boiler until the needle is at around 1.5 – 1.8 bar.
It is probably best to call a professional and have them take a look. Even without pressure, it normally should not fall to zero, so there could be a more serious issue. My guess would be the valve on the left, but trying to fix it yourself could make things worse. If you are renting, the cost of repairs should be covered by your landlord.
