Donald Tusk (PM): President Nawrocki has once again pointed to the West as the main threat to Poland. This is the essence of the dispute between the anti-European bloc (Nawrocki, Braun, Mentzen, PiS) and our Coalition. A deadly serious dispute, a dispute over our values, security, sovereignty. East or West.

Karol Nawrocki (President): Mr. Prime Minister, it’s hard to believe that we graduated from the same department—history. You have grievances against Bolesław Chrobry for fighting in the east and the west, and against the Greater Poland Uprising fighters for fighting for Poland against the Germans (that’s also the west)? The essence of the dispute is rather that the Prime Minister is unable to listen with understanding, or deliberately seeks conflict because his budget, healthcare, etc., aren’t adding up.

Aaa, about the threat from the east, I’ve already spoken about that when Mr. Prime Minister was strolling on the pier and hugging Russia as it is 😉 And I’m still saying it—but not in the context of the Greater Poland Uprising, that’s not the thread.

      Have a good Sunday

Donald Tusk: Indeed, it’s hard to believe. Sweet dreams.

Why are European politicians still using X? This is why a ban is never going to happen.

Funny how u can tell what kind of people populate X purely by looking at likes and comments each of them received.

The sooner we ban it the better.

Does anyone serious think Germany is going to attack Poland or is this some personal beef these two have?

    5. Me over here wondering what is threatening.

For me Poland is one of our Friends and strongest Allies now.

    6. Remember when politicians didn’t use social media because it would display a lack of professionalism for such a high position of office? 😒

      should be an easy argument.

how was Poland being a Russian vassal state for decades?

how has Poland been as part of the EU?

It’s so obvious that they just want to use stupid people to break Europe from within. Just like they did with America

Past should not be forgotten, but not lived in. Germany is now the ally of Poland. Russia is the threat.

While Russia is waging a war of conquest and killing the innocent along the Polish border, and is openly threatening Poland, their prime minister and president are involved in a slanging match on X. Nicely done. They must be having a blast in Moscow reading this.

    11. It’s so absurd that polish politics constantly evolves around Germany while in Germany Poland is only a topic around new year because that’s where all the illegal fireworks comes from.

I understand this is far from the main point, but still: not denying the heroic sacrifice of the Polish Uprising, it still isn’t an example of a successful policy, is it? It was a last desperate attempt to wrestle initiative away from the Germans and the Soviets so the Poles could legitimately claim to have liberated themselves, but it ultimately failed and ended up leaving Poland even more weakened. So if you want to claim you successfully stand up against the west… it’s not the best example.

    13. Off, but what determines what kind of screenshots can be posted here? I tried to post a screenshot of Trump’s truthsocial post abou how he had a phone call with Putin before meeting Zelensky (again) and autofilter deleted it right away.

    14. Stirring up sentiments all over will bring nothing good, Europe stated it learned it’s mistakes just to repeat them.

    15. IllustriousTea_ on

Putin is having a blast right now. He has turned the closest of nations against each other without breaking a sweat, 😂 fuckin hell

Cringe. Countries based on Ethnic identity is still not ready for the future.

Identify with universal values then you will find strength and peace

    17. If only our politicians focused on some serious stuff. Nawrocki’s argument is ridiculous

German here, no we’re not. The only nutheads with ideas like this are the extreme right fascist AfD – more or less the German edition of the polish piss.

far right is garbage everywhere…in poland i see they ran out of enemies :)) far right without invented enemies has zero value on the political market!

People using Elon Musk’s social media to quarrel, that’s ridiculous especially politicians.

I like our polish neighbours a lot and this is nothing some asshole can change this easy.

Greetings from GER, I hope you’ve had a nice Christmas

    22. Isn’t the president from the previous government? The far right one?

And besides that, why do they fight on X? At best they should be fighting in Reddit.
