Ich möchte dieses kulturelle Erbe Schwedens unbedingt ausprobieren und möchte nur wissen, ob Sie einen Rat haben? Meine Frau sagte mir, ich dürfe es nur tief in den Wäldern von Skokloster öffnen und müsse den Geruchstest bestehen, bevor ich unser Haus betreten dürfe. Welches Brot wäre das beste? Ich trinke etwas Wisby Weisse dazu, oder hast du eine bessere Idee für ein Bier?
Irgendwelche anderen Ratschläge? Wird eine Dekontamination notwendig sein? 😄

My family open it indoors and its no problem at all. People overreact alot

A good potato with much flavour
Onion and sourcream.
Beer is Åbros Bryggmästaren a good choice, it meets the saltiness in a good way. I always have snaps; Norrlands Akvavit or Marskin Ryyppy (has to be ordered to the systembolag) but this is the really good stuff.
But, dont look at it like it’s fish, its a spice. Like sardines or ansjovis. My best comparison is a reslly good french cheese. Smells awful, but nice in taste.
Whatever you do, do not break the cold chain. If it has been broken, you might as well throw it away.
Do it the right way and its ok! Don’t do it the stupid influencer way.
