For some anecdotal perspective, I’m closing on a home this Friday. Mortgage is roughly 2400 with insurance being 250 for home and 180 for flood. About 450 in property taxes. My current rent is 2650 and they just jacked it up to 2950 for my march renewal.
About 10% difference. Now the rent is going to increase and everything outside the mortgage will likely increase each year as well. At this point I’ll take the equity as it should be better returns by the time 2030 rolls around to own instead of rent

Pay attention how taxation works and realize the tax scam is orchestrated by governments and NGOs designed exclusively for public control. So the money maker, (that is the government) taxes citizens based on annual income and goods consumption, not on the money held during taxation. Therefore they will tax many people who don’t have money because they already spent the money, you see? And what that will create? Inflation and debt. Because they’re not going after the money.
That’s fundamental, if the government wanted say…to circulate currency to keep the economy going, they would tax the needed percentage, where the actual/real money (they themselves created) are located, during taxation. So it’s right there from the basic tax concept, how that becomes a fraud. They don’t tax the real money anymore, they put you on debt and inflate goods because you may own property or because you bought goods. So then people have to „borrow from their future“ to pay the artificially made-up debt.
And I don’t think they don’t know these basic things.
