      Based on the Act on the Prevention of Sexual Traffic and Protection of Victims Thereof, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family provides support to victims of sex trafficking through specialized support facilities. This support includes housing assistance, legal services, medical care, and vocational training.
      Among these, individuals who participate in internship programs are eligible to receive self-reliance support funds of approximately 1 million won per month.
      In addition, local governments, in accordance with their own ordinances, provide limited-period living expenses and other forms of support—depending on local financial conditions—to help victims of sex trafficking leave red-light districts following their closure and become self-reliant.

      So, let me get this straight… If you want assisted housing + 6,000,000won per month without doing a single thing is to be a woman, sell your body for money a couple of times, and claim you are a victim to the government? Wow, I’m starting to think maybe I should have born a woman.

      I looked at the numbers – lol are these people serious? No country in the world is paying out $4000+ USD a month indefinitely for people getting out of the sex trade.

      I spent my whole life listening to Reagan era cadillac queen PR piece in the US, mostly directed at poor immigrants and people of color (like Koreans, which up until recently was one of the poorest Asian immigrant groups in the country). This sounds exactly like that nonsense. People really need to get a grip.
