Did the election and party leadership changes have something to do with it?
Obviously this is the fault of the Greens, Bloc, NDP, and the CPC for not rubber stamping every LPC policy. Including C15 which allows LPC ministers to exempt companies and individuals from certain laws for a period of up to 6 years without notifying the public.
We Canadians prefer to proceed cautiously.
